Celebrate the spirit! Explore the practice of Bhakti Yoga, the yoga of devotion, in a supportive nurturing community. This open gathering is an invitation to engage in the celebration of life itself through sound and joyful expression. Kirtan, a call-and-response style of chanting, is 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month, led by Jeanine Maxwell; all other Tuesdays include a variety of mantra, meditation, dance and conversation led by Megan Zaback.
No yoga, singing, chanting, meditation, dance or any other experience is necessary to attend.
